Once we have received your order, we will finalize any required programming and start production as soon as possible. We generally estimate roughly 2 weeks before custom work is completed. Depending on your location shipping may add an additional few days to your order. Should you require something to be made by a specific date – please let us know at the time of placing your order.

Depending on your location and the size and quantity of product ordered, the cost will vary, and will be added to your invoice. We take care in applying protective packaging and wrapping products safely to ensure minimal issues upon receipt. Typically shipping costs can be calculated in advance.

We have spent many hours on our packaging to ensure the AOD product is safe from the hazards of shipping. In the event that your product does arrive damaged we will take every step needed to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, by either replacing the product or repairing what may be damaged. Please inspect your order thoroughly before your sign off on receiving it in perfect condition. Please report any damage immediately to both UPS, FED EX or the shipping company and Accents of Distinction. We will do our best to ensure your product is replaced or repaired in the shortest time possible.
