How long will it take to get my Order?
Once we have received your order, your medallions or borders are placed into
production within 24 hrs. It usually takes about 3-4 days for production and then
we ship. Depending on your location, shipping will be 5-10 days. Total including the
shipping, you should receive your within 15 days.
How is the product shipped and how much will it cost?
Depending on your location in North America and the size and quantity of product
ordered, the cost will vary, and will be added to your order. We take care in applying
protective packaging or wrapping products to ensure minimal issues upon receipt.
Typically shipping costs are a minimum of 10% of the total order (Canada) and
approximately 15 %( U.S.A). Example: If you order a 25" medallion and live in Kansas,
your shipping cost would be about $60.00 total.
What happens if the product is received damaged?
We have spent many hours on our packaging to ensure the AOD product is safe
from the hazards of shipping. In the event that your product does arrive damaged we
will take every step needed to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, by
either replacing the product or repairing what may be damaged. Please notify us & UPS
immediately upon your delivery. We will do our best to ensure your product is replaced
or repaired in the shortest time possible.
Are taxes and duty extra?
All taxes and duty are displayed and charged at time of sale. As AOD is
manufactured in Canada it qualifies under NAFTA to ship into the USA without
cross border duties or taxes. Canadian customers pay the applicable HST.
Do you do custom work?
We have completed many custom projects and our products have been designed to
allow for a more cost effective option for all consumers. If you have a design, concept

Can you cut tiles to go around the medallion to match the rest of my
flooring?
We can cut your field tiles surrounding your medallions; however, we suggest
looking at our square-up kits to incorporate a larger looking medallion. Due to the
large number of tile sizes and configurations, cutting field tile is very time consuming
and costly. The cost to cut your field tile is the same as buying a square-up kit,
except you supply the tile shipped to our facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Can you install the medallions in a hardwood floor?
Our medallions can be installed in virtually any type of flooring provided you
have an absolute minimum thickness of 3/4". If you have a thickness issue, where
you may need a thin medallion, please notify us prior to ordering. We will discuss the
application with you to see if something can be done at our end to ensure a beautiful
final installation.
