Additionally, sizes indicated throughout the site are approximate. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Cancellation & Change Policy:

The rapid processing of your order leaves little time for cancellation or changes. We will attempt to make changes and or cancel orders provided production has not started. In the event an order needs to be changed or cancelled, please contact customer service @ (289)259-3283 as soon as possible. For all other products - Please notify us by e-mail or fax immediately if your order needs to be cancelled or altered in any way. If your order has already shipped, you may return it to us and we will refund your credit card an amount equal to the cost of the AOD products ordered. However, you will be responsible for the originating and return shipping charges. Your credit card will be refunded within 24 hours of our receipt of the products.

Our Guarantee:

Our products should last a lifetime and beyond. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item free of charge. Simply return the damaged item to us and we will ship you a replacement immediately. Contact us for further details. This offer does not include products broken or damaged by the purchaser/user. Accents of Distinction's liability is limited to the replacement of the product.
